Booking Procedures

Please contact the Snow School to book your preferred dates and times, or use our booking forms that are available online.
All information and procedure sheets are available online, or if you so wish, the forms can be forwarded by e-mail, or by mail. A reservation agent will contact your school / group 48 hours prior to your outing to verify and confirm all information.

Note: All lessons must be pre-registered and prepaid.
All outings must have a lesson.
Lessons are 1 hour.

Payment Procedures

Cheques from individual participants cannot be accepted.
Payment must be made with one group cheque prior to the scheduled outing(s).
The Group Cheque is to made out to "Marlatt Ski / Board Club".
Credit Card payments are accepted, at a 5% premium on the group price.

A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm date booked.

All prices are based on 5 hour periods.

Group pricing is based on a minimum of 15 skiers, or 15 boarders

5% Discount on Alpine Rates if fully paid before December 1st.

Groups wishing to ski after their designated departure time, please add the following rates per hour:

	Lifts:		$1.00
	Rentals:	Ski	$1.00
		Snowboard	$2.00

Please Note:

To qualify for refunds, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the outing; so that the Snow School and Resort Staff can be notified.

Please notify the Snow School as soon as possible of any delayed arrivals.
