If you are a dynamic individual and are interested in joining one of the best and friendliest Snow Schools in the province; then you have come to right place.

All ski and snowboard instructors seeking employment with Marlatt Ski / Board Club must be active current members of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) and/or the Canadian Alliance of Snowboard Instructors (CASI).

If you are not a Certified Instructor, the optons are:

• that you can become an Instructor

or
• be an Assistant with the Snow School.

For those who want to become a CSIA and/or CASI Certified Instructor, the Marlatt Ski & Board Club, early in the season, conducts training sessions that provide candidates with the necessary background to obtain the required certifications. These training sessions are conducted primarily at Dagmar Resort.
The minimum age to become a certified instructor is 16.
There is also a requirement for Assistants to help with our lesson programs.
